The Book of Job is an interesting book detailing the story of a man named Job.
Paul’s ministry in Acts follows his dramatic conversion, missionary journeys, trials, and journey to Rome as a bold witness for Christ.
After encountering Christ on the road to Damascus, he begins preaching despite fierce opposition. On his missionary journeys, he spreads the gospel across Asia Minor and Europe, converting many, defending salvation by faith, and establishing churches. He performs miracles, confronts false teachings, and warns believers of persecution. Arrested in Jerusalem, he boldly defends his faith before Jewish and Roman authorities. After surviving a shipwreck on his way to Rome, he continues preaching under house arrest. His story is one of perseverance, evangelism, and unwavering faith.
1, 2, 3 John and Jude emphasize truth, love, and discernment, urging believers to remain faithful amid false teachings and moral decay.
1 John reassures believers of their salvation, calling them to walk in the light by loving one another and rejecting deception. 2 John builds on this by warning against false teachers, instructing believers to remain steadfast in Christ’s teachings while avoiding those who distort the truth. 3 John contrasts the hospitality and faithfulness of Gaius with the arrogance of Diotrephes, encouraging support for genuine ministers of the gospel. Finally, Jude delivers a strong warning against apostasy, urging believers to contend for the faith, remain vigilant against corruption, and trust in God's protection. Together, these epistles call Christians to live in love, truth, and unwavering faithfulness to Christ.
